We were proud to work with Everton in the Community on the delivery of a new access control system at Goodison Park, supporting the EitC Free School Sixth Form. The install gives sixth form students and staff secure, managed entry to their learning spaces within the stadium, with fob based access, zoned permissions and a full audit trail. A brilliant project for a brilliant cause, helping young people learn in one of the most iconic settings in English football.
We were delighted to work with Halstead Town Council on the design and installation of a new CCTV system across their allotment site, protecting plot holders and their sheds from vandalism and theft. Weatherproof HD cameras cover key access points and communal areas, with night vision for out of hours monitoring and secure remote viewing so the council can check the site any time. A practical, well planned system giving the local community peace of mind.
We were so proud to work with Campus Alt Bridge special needs college in Huyton on the installation of a new public address system across the school. The setup gives staff clear, reliable site wide communication for lesson changeovers, safeguarding announcements and emergency evacuation, with speaker coverage positioned to be effective without being overwhelming. The full install was completed during school holidays to keep disruption to a minimum, ready for the first day of term.

Are you fully qualified and insured?
DowSec Elect are fully qualified electricians and carry full public liability insurance. All work is completed to current UK wiring regulations (BS 7671) and we provide the appropriate certification on completion, so you have everything you need for compliance, insurance or building control.
Do you cover my area?
We are based in Ormskirk and cover West Lancashire, Merseyside and the surrounding area, including Aughton, Burscough, Skelmersdale, Maghull, Formby, Southport and into Liverpool. For larger projects we are happy to travel further. Get in touch to find out if we service your area
Do you offer free quotes and project estimates?
Yes. For most jobs we can give you a clear, no-obligation quote once we understand what you need. For larger installations we will arrange a quick site visit so the price we give you is the price you pay, with no surprises after.
Do you work with landlords and letting agents?
Absolutely. We carry out EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports), remedial works and alarm servicing for landlords and agents across the area, with certificates issued promptly so you stay compliant with rental regulations.
